Shipping & Delivery

All our prices are in USD.

All products are shipped out after fulfillment. We take about 2-7 business days to create and fulfill apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times: 

  • U.S.A. & Canada: 3-7 business days
  • Australia & New-Zealand: 2-6 business days
  • Japan: 3-6 business days
  • Europe: 2-8 business days
  • Asia: 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4-15 business days

Please note that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (send us a message here), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

We have an international flat rate shipping of USD5.9 per order.

Once your package is ready to be shipped, we will send you a link through which it can be tracked. 

 

We ship worldwide.

However, because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, we currently can't ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

Certain countries charge customs duties on clothing parcels, if this is the case you will be informed and billed by the courier on delivery. Your Japan Shop cannot take responsibility for any of these costs. If you have concerns about duties by your receiving country, you can email us to see if we've had experience of customers reporting to pay duties at this destination.

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase. After 14 days, a refund or exchange will not be available. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Product disclaimers

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel.

Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem.
