What is the currency used in Your Japan Store?

All our prices are in USD.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Most orders ship within two to three business days. Please note that, although we make every effort to provide accurate estimates, shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.

Once it ships, how long will my order take to arrive?

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

  • U.S.A. & Canada: 3-7 business days
  • Australia & New-Zealand: 2-6 business days
  • Japan: 3-6 business days
  • Europe: 2-8 business days
  • Asia: 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4-15 business days

What are the shipping costs?

We have an international flat rate shipping of USD4.9 per order.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is ready to be shipped, we will send you a link through which it can be tracked. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see this e-mail within 2/3 days after placing your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide.

Do all items in orders always ship together?

Some of our products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion and durability.

In some cases, products from the same order can also be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.

Custom duties

Certain countries charge customs duties on clothing parcels, if this is the case you will be informed and billed by the courier on delivery.

Your Japan cannot take responsibility for any of these costs. If you have concerns about duties by your receiving country, you can email us to see if we’ve had experience of customers reporting to pay duties at this destination.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If an item is returned without contacting us first, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping a return.
